Besides this, since  I like technology I fell in love with machines and coffee-grinder-equipment as well. It&#8217;s a game of the perfect balance of Water Pressure, Water Temperature, Bean Quality, Quality of the Grind (Volume, Weight, Coarseness) and not forget Timing (Flow).  All these parameters are different per Bean (blend) Roast.
