Oxford Dictionary: “A sibilant hum, such as is made by bees, flies, and other winged insects.”
A rumour or gossip: “What’s the buzz?” is a way of asking for news or what people are talking about.”
Buzzword: An important-sounding usually technical word or phrase often of little meaning used chiefly to impress laymen. An expression that has become fashionable in a particular field and is being used a lot by the media.

This blog is about me, just “someone” having an opinion on someone’s opinion.

In today’s world, where the egos of First World (Western) leaders seem to prevail over genuine collaboration to address the far greater challenges facing humanity, it has, regrettably, become necessary to include a disclaimer.

Please understand that although my opinions may sometimes sting like a bee, it is never my intention to offend, hurt, or show disrespect towards anyone’s views or beliefs.

On the contrary, I often find myself wondering why a potato grown in Dutch soil should not be shared equally with someone living in poverty, regardless of whether that person is Muslim, Christian, Jewish, or follows any other faith. I regard you all as my friends and sincerely hope you feel the same towards me.
